How to expand raid 5 past 2TB on a Dell PERC 5/i

I recently ran into an issue while trying to expand a RAID 5 setup past 2TB. Unfortunately 2TB is the maximum addressable space that MBR partitions can use. If you need to go past 2TB you will need to convert the partition to GPT style partitioning.

Office 2007 Spell Check Fix

If you recently upgraded from Microsoft office 2003 to office 2007 you may be a victim of a broken dictionary in  turn causing spell check to fail. When office 2007 installs it sometimes fails to delete a registry key causing it to look in the wrong location for the dictionary. This can be fixed by running the following command from the “run” dialog box.
